Hemi-Sync Between Worlds

Not to long ago I purchased a new Hemi-Sync mix. Previously I had been messing around with different biaunral music and beats that alter certain states of mind. This had been a long time since I actually purchased a new cd and also the first time I had this actually on a real cd. I have always downloaded or ripped this type of audio. A little background history of my Hemi-sync resume.. I have currently the following archives which I have held on for years and have worked with from time to time having some very profound experiences.

• The Gateway Experience
• Lucid Dreaming
• Between Worlds
• Freestyle tracks with Condition A - D

These Hemi-sync albums consist of the special waves that induce certain states of conciousness such as low frequency alpha states around 8hz and ranging to even lower states. If you are not familar with Hemi-sync I would highly suggest you take a look and maybe understand that this is a big break through in the synchronization of the brains hemispheres. Example if you have two different frequencies pumping into each ear they will use one of say 100hz and the other being 125hz. The left and right ears cancel out the 100hz on both sides but another wave of 25hz is now being heard not only on the one side but together with both hemispheres of the brain. This opens up a lot of opportunities to induce a wide range of states which is exactly what they have been testing for over 50 years at The Monroe Institute the same place the founder Robert Monroe started at. My focus with these sessions was to help induce high levels of energy vibrations to help induce out of body experiences or another term for this is astral projections. Most of my OBE's have been induced by this technology and I have had some mind blowing experiences which have made Hemi-Sync my favorite tool for these types of exploration.

The new cd I got between worlds was one of the first music type of hemi-sync with no instructions or guidance to the journey, you simply place on your headphones and relax for the ride. Shaman sounds drums, forest animals all chime in taking you away to a world away from your norm. Mind you this whole time the Hemi-Sync is doing its magic to induce the state they have focused on to make this ride a true experience in itself. I must admit this cd is a very powerful experience and anyone who thinks about engaging with this type of ride will be in for a treat. I am also attending a meetup for the Phoenix chapter for The Monroe Institute which are a wonderful handful of people who host Hemi-Sync sessions together in a group setting which have been great energy. Anyone that is interested in Hemi-sync to know more please feel free to ask, I would suggest anyone that is interested in knowing that they are more then their physical body should take a further look into the different states of conciousness, they won't be disappointed.
If you like to take a quick venture off into the unknown for a small fee as low as 15$ I would suggest getting a cd to test out. This is a very easy buy over at Amazon Between Worlds - Hemi-Sync The other Audio I mentioned can range in the 200$-400$ range which can be a bit pricey for some. For me learning more about the human experiences doesn't share a price tag :)

Reiki certification

noun: reiki

a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

A few weeks ago I attened my level one training class for reiki. This class consisted of a full day from 10am -6pm. This class gives the 4 attunements and follows the Japanese traditional reiki format that was form many years ago. I was instructed and introduced to master Lisa who has been doing reiki, yoga hypno-therapy and aromatherapy. Lisa has been an instructor for I believe about 8 years and has a great toolset which was a very warm and profound experience recieving her class. She can also be found for anyone that is in the Gilbert AZ, area at sacredharts.com Going over to the instructors house I met up with 3 others who were also being trained for their level 1 certification as well. I wasn't sure what to think of believe heading over to this course and my feelings on energy have always been their just not experienced to a degree. After going through this process and working with some other I had realized that this world is truely full of energy expressed at a slower vibration to form matter in which our 5 senses can decode and see as physical objects. Reiki is done by using your hands and transfering universal energy into the patients body. We all have a connection to the universal energy as it also helps power us via 7 chakras which we all do have energy blocks and other things that do hinder us. Everything in this universe starts out on a energy level which is manifested or slowed down to our physical reality. Understanding this makes a lot more sense to one if they expand their awareness beyond the 5 senses. After attending this class not only did I noticed that I was more sensitive and aware of energy but I also understood a lot better the relationship between plants, animals, minerals, as well as the universal connection with the universe. The world is speaking to us everyday and it is really up to you if you choose to keep that channel of information open. I will continue to work with reiki and hopefully go through all three levels of practice. I am also working on understanding sound therapy and healing as well. Below are the reiki principles of practice. :)

Kasina Mind Machine - by Mindppace

Where to start, the Kasina machine is an amazing unit so far. After unboxing this machine 2 days ago I realized that I bought something I had not any idea about or knowledge of prior to use with the price tag of 350 dollars, I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into or if this was more of a gimmick but after looking at the Mindplace website they expressed how they were in the business for over 20 years and that this was their top machine so I figured I would give it a try. Some features are a MP3 player, color LCD display, rechargeable lithium battery, a micro SD card slot and an 8 GB memory card. The GanzFrames are a new design, featuring three blue, two green and one red LED per eye, for a richer, more intense visual experience. In fact, Kasina is more of a Mind Media Player - a whole new way of looking at light and sound machines. I had messed around with a lot of binary beats such as hemi-sync and out of body type material but I had never messed with something that came with glasses with LED's in different ratios to alter your state of consciousness. I unboxed this machine and let it charge due to having a Reiki session before hand so I had some time to kill.

So I plugged it in and went in for my first adventure looking at the colors an understanding that I had to adjust the volume and some of the visual effects I soon begin to understand that this was much more than I had ever experienced as far as a meditative or conscious altering state machine. Example a pattern called cheer up and energize blew me away. As I sat looking at these images thinking what the hell am I doing right now wondering if I had taken some kind of drugs although. I'm still testing this machine out also had a friend test this machine out which they sat for about 20 minutes not moving a muscle to a trance mix called vapor chill and kind of a crazy adventure that I have not explored myself, it was probably not the best one to start them out on but I soon found myself intrigued by all these patterns shapes and waves and also the adjustments. It also comes with a free editing software that you can make your own custom tracks along with other feature called color organ which will play the beats and visuals back to you through your own music. I'm going to keep updating on this my machine to see what I can really get out of it. The whole point of it was to maybe help induce the vibrational state for astral projection and other out of body experience type situations and also to help me get in touch with my lucid dreaming a bit more. I've not been having as many lately and I have not been practicing the other things even though this is my first my machine or mind machine whatever you would like to call it. I'm very intrigued by and believe I did buy the right one to jump in the game. More on this selenite soon,  feel free to head to the site for more into.  Mind place.com
